Basic Construction
Complete strip or sandblast and repaint machinery.
Inspect and replace as necessary all bearings,
gears, sprockets, chains, and shafts.
Recondition or replace existing hot melt unit.
Replace Gluewheels, Gluebar, Dr. blade, wire post asm.
Remove clutch/brake mechanical registration system.
Install New Web Guide.
Install Servo registration system.
Repair or replace as necessary all air cylinders,
air solenoids, oilers and regulators.
Clean, replace brushes and align DC or AC main drive motor.
Test electrical components and repair or replace as necessary.
Container Handling
Repair or replace as necessary all conveyor guide rails.
Replace all container wrap parts.
Repair or replace as necessary conveyor sprockets, bearings, bushings, tabletop
as necessary.
Label Handling
Repair or replace as necessary all label guides, roller and tension compensators.
Final Test
Factory test of machine with all required change parts.
Must pass all test procedures of Label Masters very strict quality control program.
